Julie Lambert Director
Julie grew up in the Tuppers Plains, Ohio area on the family farm and was involved in 4-H for 10 years. She worked for several years with her family at Hawk’s Store and Feed in Tuppers Plains.
Julie is a graduate of Eastern High School in Meigs County, Ohio. After completing two and a half years at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio, she earned two Associate Degrees. She went on to attend Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science where she graduated with an Associates and Bachelor of Science degree in Mortuary Science in 1994.
Julie is a licensed funeral director/embalmer in Ohio and West Virginia and a licensed crematory operator. She has been serving families at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home since 1998. Julie resides outside of Belpre with her husband, Brent and son, Jacob. -
Steve Tatman Director
Steve’s roots began in the Mid-Ohio Valley; he is the nephew of Joe and Wilma Lambert, our founders. Steve’s mother, Josephine Lambert Tatman, is Joe’s twin sister. He is a 1977 graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science and was the class president. Steve was on the original staff of Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home starting in 1990.
Steve is a licensed funeral director and embalmer in West Virginia and Ohio where he continues the tradition he was taught by his mentor and Uncle Joe Lambert. He lives in Parkersburg with his wife, Wanda McConaha Tatman; they have two daughters, Sheri and Erica and two granddaughters, Nicole and Mackenzie. Steve and his wife attend the First Baptist Church of Parkersburg where Steve sings in the Church choir. -
William Vest Director
William is a 1996 graduate of Nitro High School, Nitro, W.Va. and attended West Virginia State College. He is a 2004 graduate of Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science, Cincinnati, Ohio.
A third generation licensed funeral director, William began his career working at their family owned funeral home, Krantz-McNeely Funeral Home in Man, W.Va. After gaining several years of valuable experience, he made the decision in August, 2016 to join the staff of Lambert-Tatman Funeral Homes & Crematory as a licensed funeral director and manager.
He and his wife, Crystal, reside in South Parkersburg and have four children, Adam, Ashley, Nate and Ben. Outside of work, William enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, camping and outdoor sports activities.
William looks forward to meeting and assisting families during their time of need and is also licensed to sell preneed funerals. -
Andy Swearingen Director's Assistant
Andy is a longtime Parkersburg resident, graduating from Parkersburg High School in 1954. He is a US Army veteran and retired after thirty-three years of service at Corning Glass Works. He served as a former Parkersburg City Councilman for eleven years and currently serves as the Vice-President of the Mid Ohio Valley Health Dept. Board and is one of founding members of the Mountwood Park Volcano Days Celebration. He is also a longtime member of Emmanuel Baptist Church and resides in North Parkersburg with his wife, Laura Jean. They have one son,Kevin. Andy has been with the Lambert-Tatman family since 1996.

Brent Lambert Manager
Brent grew up in South Parkersburg and on the family farm in Morgan County, Ohio. He is a 1972 graduate of Parkersburg South High School.
He worked for over 20 years in the monument business before joining his parents in the founding of Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home in 1990. He now manages the four funeral home locations.
Brent enjoys the outdoors and is a member of the National Wild Turkey Federation and the NRA. Brent is the father of three sons, Bradley, Andrew and Jacob, and resides outside of Belpre, Ohio with his wife, Julie Hawk Lambert and son, Jacob. -
Judy Lambert ( Green St.)Secretary
Born and raised in the Parkersburg area, Judy Lambert is a 1971 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and attended Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. She has served as a secretary and office manager with Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home since 1997.
Judy has been active with the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home Relay For Life team and continues to work with various citywide Relay For Life committees. She is an active member of the Crown of Life Lutheran Church in Marietta, Ohio. -
Michelle Hershman Secretary
Michelle is a 1991 graduate of Parkersburg South High School and a 2000 graduate of Wilma Boyd Travel School, Moontownship, PA. with a travel and tourism certification. She enjoys traveling, movies, whitewater rafting, and spending time with family and friends. She is a member at 36th street Church of Christ in Vienna.

Dave Rawson Attendant
Dave was raised in the Mid-Ohio Valley, and attended Parkersburg South High School. He had been employed for thirty-four years at Fenton Art Glass Company where he worked as a sand carve artist. Dave has been with the Lambert-Tatman family since 2001. He resides in Parkersburg and enjoys traveling to Florida for leisure.

Ron Spencer Attendant
Originally from Morgan County, Ohio, Ron is a longtime resident of the Belpre area, retiring from DuPont with 36 years' service in 2004. Ron and his wife Lois, a retired teacher, have two grown sons, Ron Jr. and Steve, and two grandchildren, Eli and Elise. Ron enjoys traveling, visiting his grandchildren, and woodworking in his spare time. He is a member of the Belpre Church of Christ.

Joe Brunicardi Attendant
Joe was raised in Parkersburg, having graduated from Parkersburg Catholic High School in 1967. He attended West Virginia University, Parkersburg and worked at Gooley Distributing Co. and Parkersburg Distributing for 36 years as manager, supervisor and sales manager. Joe has worked at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home since 2007 as an attendant. He is a member of St. Michaels Church and resides in Vienna with his wife, Karen. He has three children, Tracie, Matt and Vanessa and two grandchildren, Zac and Zane.

Ash Broadwater Attendant
Ash was raised in Vienna, WV and graduated from Parkersburg High School where he played football for the Big Reds. He retired as president of Broadwater's Motorcar Inc. and is a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Parkersburg.
He has been married to his wife of 53 years, Carolyn and together they have three sons, three grandchildren and one great-granddaughter. He has worked as a part-time attendant at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home since 2008. -
Rocky Harpold Attendant
Rocky was raised in Belpre and graduated from BHS in 1973. He joined the Belpre Fire Department in 1974 as a volunteer fire fighter and EMT-I and retiring in 2004 after 30 years of service. He also retired from the Belpre City Schools after 30 years of service.
Rocky married Sandy Thorn in 1973 and they have one child, Miracle, and three grandchildren. Rocky and his wife are members of Belpre Heights United Methodist Church where they are members of the Praise Connection. Rocky has been with Lambert-Tatman since 2008.
