William P. “Bill” Bostaph, 79, of Vienna, passed away January 16, 2020, at his residence. He was born December 7, 1940 in Mannington, WV, the son of the late William Patrick and Marie Ward Bostaph. Bill graduated from Mannington High School in 1958, and was an employee for E.I. DuPont for 40 years. He was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Vienna. He enjoyed playing golf, fishing, was an avid Mountaineers fan and loved spending time with his family and friends. Bill is survived by his wife of 60 years, E. Joyce Metz Bostaph; one daughter, Lora Lee Lemley (Ed) of Vienna; two sons, Michael S. Bostaph (Kim) of Vienna and Thomas P. Bostaph (Beckii) of North Hills; one brother, Robert W. Bostaph (Marilyn) of Belpre; one sister, Mary E. May (John) of Little Hocking, OH; seven grandchildren; Lavana, Luke, Tiffany, Mika, Seth, Baylee and Brayden; and seven great-grandchildren, Levi, Jenna, Ava, Max, Beau, Leo and Coraline. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 am Tuesday, January 21, 2020 at St. Michaels Catholic Church in Vienna, with Father John Gallagher officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Monday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna.
