Michael Eugene White, 63, of Mineral Wells, W.Va. passed away on Sept. 19, 2015 at his residence.He was born March 10, 1952, in Wood Cunty, W.Va., a son of the late Charles R. and Garnet G. Dillenger White.Michael was a graduate of Parkersburg South High School and retired from the Department of Highways. He was an avid hunter and fisherman and loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was a member of the Big Tygart United Methodist Church.He is survived by his wife, Debbie K. Wright White; three daughters, Melissa White of League City, Tex., Tina (Wayne) Pitts and Holly Caplinger, both of Parkersburg, W.Va.; two sons, Ralph White of Parkersburg and Tim (Heather) White of Mineral Wells; three sisters, Ruth (John) Sturm of Parkersburg, Marilyn (Dave) Sellers and Shelba (Bob) Smith, both of Mineral Wells; one brother, John (Liz) White of Mineral Wells; ten grandchildren; brother-in-law, Dave Whited of Mineral Wells; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Billy White.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015 at Big Tygart United Methodist Church, Mineral Wells with Pastor Jeff Mayfield officiating. Interment will follow at Big Tygart Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg and one hour prior to services at the church.
