Matthew Christopher Morgan

Matthew Christopher Morgan, 39, of Conway, SC, formerly of Parkersburg, passed away June 5, 2020. He was born July 21, 1980 in Parkersburg, a son of Debra Kay Sams Morgan of Parkersburg and the late Frederick John Morgan. Matthew was a construction worker. He enjoyed working on cars, listening to music, visiting the ocean and the beach. He attended the United Pentecostal Church in Marietta. He is survived by his mother, Debra Morgan (Paul Eddy) of Parkersburg; one daughter, Madisyn Sue Morgan of Vienna; his fiancee Tiffany Neitz of Conway, SC. and her sons, Hallen of OH and James of Conway, SC; one sister, Heather J. Witt (John) of Mt Clare, WV and her children, Eli and Chloe; his paternal grandmother, Betty Davis of Marietta; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Frederick John Morgan II; his paternal grandfather, Stanley Hubert Morgan and his maternal grandparents, Edward and Inella Sams. Funeral services will be 1:00, Friday, June 12, 2020 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Pastor Dan Morikone officiating. Burial will follow the service at Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Thursday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers you can make donations to the Matt Morgan Memorial, all funds go to Tiffany Neitz, 1025 Carolina Rd.
