M. Louise Morrison, 89, of Parkersburg, W.Va. formerly of Newark, W.Va. passed away October 11, 2014 at The Parkersburg Care and Rehab Center.She was born April 2, 1925 in Belpre, Ohio, a daughter of the late Byrl LaRue and Anna LaRue Emerick.Louise was a member of the Lynn St. Church of Christ for over 30 years and retired from Corning Glass after 38 years of service.She is survived by two daughters, Connie Brown (Carroll) of Mineral Wells, W.Va. and Wanda Mills (John) of Washington, W.Va.; one son, Harvey Morrison, Jr. (Peggy) of Elizabeth, W.Va.; two sisters, Frances Fought of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Irene Gault (Lionel) of Melbourne, Fl.; one brother, Pat LaRue (Rosanne) of Crivitz, Wisconsin; three grandchildren, Julie Preston (Steve), Penny Weekley (Kevin), and Angela Rule (Rich); four great-grandchildren, Taylor and Summer Rule, Emily and Ryan Weekley. Several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her foster parents who raised her from the age of five, Tom and Grace Buck; her husband Harvey Morrison, Sr. who passed away in 2013; her daughter, Jerri Sheridan who also passed in 2013; one grandson, Michael Morrison and her brother-in-law, Frankie Fought.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2014 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Evangelist Teddy Tackett officiating. Entombment will be in the Three Crosses Mausoleum at Sunset Memory Gardens.
