John Dorsey

November 6, 1942 — March 5, 2024

John Dorsey, 81, of Vienna, passed away peacefully at his residence on March 5, 2024.
He was born November 6, 1942, in Elkridge, Maryland, the son of the late Maynard E. and Ruby Spencer Dorsey.
John is survived by his wife of 61 years, Marcella; two sons, Stephen and David of Vienna; two daughters, Amy Dorsey of Crescent City, CA and Carrie; sister, Lenora Rogers; and his brother, Joe Dorsey both of Vienna.
John was the proud grandfather of four grandsons and one granddaughter. He was a U.S. Army Veteran where he served in the 82nd Airborne Division. John worked at Challenger Electric and retired from Fenton Art Glass.
A private service for the family will be held at a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Crematory of Vienna is honored to serve the Dorsey family.
