A Memorial Video to Jennifer is now available on this web site.Jennifer Campbell Kunze, 32, of Calgary, Alberta passed away September 25, 2015 while doing what she loved, hiking near her home.She is survived by her loving husband and childhood sweetheart, Nick; her parents, Donald and Karen Campbell of Davisville, W.Va.; her brother, Jason; her maternal grandparents Tom and Mary Collins of Dayton, OH; her paternal grandmother Shirley Wilson of Belpre, OH; several nieces and nephews whom she adored; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Jen was met in heaven by her grandfather, Carlton Wilson; great-grandparents Kester and Virgie Hardman; and cousin Ryan King. She was a 2001 co-valedictorian of Parkersburg High School where she captained the cross country team and served in Student Council. Jen went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Muskingham University in 2004 and an MBA from California State University in 2009.Jen loved being outdoors and was an avid runner. She completed many half marathons as she worked toward her goal to run a race in every state. For her, every day was a new adventure and she and Nick spent most of their free time hiking, running, and just being together.Jen touched the life of everyone she met by giving a kind word and encouraging smile. She made everyone feel as if he or she were the most important person in the room no matter where she was or who she was with. She was a very special person and will truly be missed. Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor Cindy Eckel officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. A memorial fund to benefit cross country runners has been established in Jen's honor.
