The link is below his picture.James “Ike” Hardman, 89, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on July 21, 2013 at Genesis Health Care.He was born August 15, 1923, in Spencer, W.Va., a son of the late Gay and Faye Oles Hardman.Ike was a World War II veteran of the U.S. Navy.He retired for E.I. Dupont after 25 years of service. He was an antique buff that loved old primitives.He was a lifetime member of the Masonic Lodge #3, Parkersburg.He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Betty Johns Hardman; two children, James Fred Hardman (Pam) of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Deborah L. Pivaronas of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and one granddaughter, Brooke Ashley Ewing (Justin) of Parkersburg, W.Va.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Gregory G. Hardman; three brothers, Casset, Norman and Eugene; and six sisters, Leota, Sally, Lois, Helen, Mabel and Dorcas.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Jim Plyburn officiating. Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Garden Mausoleum.Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
