Debbie Lowers Wilson 63, of Vienna, WV, passed away October 18, 2016 at the Cleveland Clinic. She was born May 18, 1953 in Parkersburg, the daughter of Robert Folwell and Jo Ann Pennybacker Lowers. Debbie is survived by one son, Kyle Wilson; one brother, William (AnnMarie) Lowers and three sisters, Robin (Charlie) Cramlet, Rebecca (Jeff) Maynard and Jennifer (Greg) Rogers. As per her request there will be no public service. In honor of Debbie, donations may be made to the Celiac Foundation, 20350 Ventura Blvd, Ste 240, Woodlands Hills, Ca. 91364.
