Zelma J. Graham Hargus, 81, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away March 6, 2015 at the Arbors in Marietta. She was born July 14, 1933, in Bentree, W.Va., a daughter of the late Orien B. and Mamie Mae Clendenin Morton.Mom was a gardener and home maker and a former nurse's aide at Calhoun General Hospital. She was a Baptist by faith.Survivors include two daughters, Carol (Russ) O'Dell and Jean (Eugene) Wigal all of Parkersburg; one sister, Alice Legg of Cleveland, Ohio; one brother, Merle Rogers of Lodi, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Regina Hale of Parkersburg, Anita (Jerry) Butler of Elyria, Ohio, Cassandra Byrd of Va., John Muldrew of Cleveland, Ohio, Lisa Rayhill (Bill) of Mooresville, NC., Deeanna Grim (John) of Parkersburg, and Vicki Stroud and fiance' ( Andrew Coon) of Parkersburg; eightgreat-grandchildren, Dana Capps of Noble County, Ohio, Jaymes Giar of Parkersburg,Indy Settle of Summersville, W.Va., Jason Muldrewof Cleveland, Ohio, Bryant White of Mooresville, NC, Jacob and Alyssa Grim of Parkersburg and Baby Kennedy Coon; two great-great grandchildren, Malee Capps and Kendra Strouse of Noble County, Ohio.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harless Graham; second husband, Boyd Hargus; daughter, Lynn Muldrew; one grandson, Rick Ratliff; son-in-law, Jim Giar; most of her siblings; and her beloved dog Curly. Before mom passed there were five generations living.Memorial services will be conducted at a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral and Cremation Services is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
