Winifred A Bogdan

Winifred A. Bogdan passed away February 24, 2011 at St. Joseph's Hospital.She was born February 19, 1924, in Marquette, Michigan, to Edward and Alice Abfalter.She was a stewardess for American Airlines, a school teacher, and a homemaker.She loved to sew and made beautiful quilts.She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Vienna and the Secular Franciscan Order. Winnie is survived by her husband of 61 years, Lou Bogdan, and their son John, and his wife, Sue, all of Vienna.She is also survived by three grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial Mass will be celebrated Friday, March 4, 2011, at 10:00 AM at St. Michael Catholic Church in Vienna, WV.Inurnment will be at Mount Carmel Cemetery.
