William Paul West

William “Rocky” West, 28 of Elizabeth, W.Va. passed away on Oct. 21, 2016 due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident. He was born Feb. 4, 1988 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a son of Cindy West Trembly of Elizabeth and the late William Milton West. In addition to his mother, Rocky is survived by two sisters, Natasha Mitchell of Walker, W.Va. and Melissa West of Parkersburg; a brother, William M. West II of New Jersey; and a nephew, Isaac Mitchell. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 29, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 400 Green St. Parkersburg with Pastor Vicki Sullivan officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Mineral Wells. Visitation will be Noon to 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be sent to Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, WV 26101 to assist with Rocky's funeral expenses.
