William “Bill” M. West, 71 of Elizabeth, W.Va. passed away July 11, 2016 at his residence. He was born August 29, 1944 in Parkersburg son of the late Harvey Grant and Anna Opal Lewis West. Bill is survived by his children, Natasha M. Mitchell, Rocky West, William M. West II and Melissa West; a sister, Betty Cottrell and best friend, Jerry Lemon. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. At William West's request he will be cremated. There will be no services at this time.
