William C Barrett

William C. Barrett, 42 of Parkersburg, passed away on March 17, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born November 11, 1973, in Bradford, Pa., a son of Clarence Clifford Barrett and the late Evelyn Smith Canfield. William was employed as a Customer Service Rep at Suddenlink Communications. He enjoyed WWE, University of Michigan Football, Washington Red Skins Football, bowling and bowled on The Cross Church League. He attended The Cross Church. He is survived by his wife, Erica Sevy Barrett; one son, Avien Barrett, of the home; one step-son, Austin Heater of Tuppers Plains, Ohio; three sisters, Tina (Chad) Ballengee of Parkersburg, Cynthia (Mike) Barnette of Lubeck, and Angela (James) VanSkiver; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green St., Parkersburg with Pastor Roger Morrison officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 – 4:00 and 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, at the funeral home. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 3901 Briscoe Rd #10, Parkersburg, WV 26104.
