Wanda M. Vaughan

Wanda Marie Vaughan, 82, of Davisville, WV, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017 at Ohio Valley Health Care Center. She was born at the family farm on Stillwell Rd. on November 27, 1934, a daughter of the late Carl and Dorothy Clegg Harris. Wanda was a homemaker all of her life and was a member of the Sunrise Church of Christ. She enjoyed crafts and canning. She is survived by her husband of sixty one years, Charles “Mike” Vaughan; three sons, Dave Vaughan (Susie), Joe Vaughan (Dixie), and Mark Vaughan (Gina); six grandchildren, Mandy Yost, Josh, CJ, Adam, Allie, and Tyler Vaughan; two step-grandchildren, Rachel and Drew Stone; eight great-grandchildren; one brother, Carl R. Harris of Florida. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Doris Jean, and sisters, Lucille Kidder and Carol Vaughan. Funeral services will be Monday, April 3, 2017 at 11 a.m. at the Sunrise Church of Christ with Evangelist Keith Kress officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg.
