After having fought a long courageous battle with cancer, Wanda gracefully and peacefully succumbed to meet her Lord and Savior Thursday morning the 13th of July. She was a loving wife and mother who enjoyed the company of family and friends above all else. An avid gardener and collector, she spent many years working as a Hairdresser and Florist, brightening the days and lives of countless others. Wanda grew up in Lincoln and Roane counties before meeting the love of her life, Hibbert Linvile and settling down in Mineral Wells to start her family. She loved to travel, visit family, attend yard sales, collect coins, glass bells, beanie babies and had wonderful memories with her family. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth (Kimberly) and Kevin (Julie); granddaughters, Felicia (Nick), and Jordyne (Clinton); grandsons, Nicholas and Brodey (Paige); great grandson, Gavin; great granddaughter Claire; and her brother, Richard Egnor (Francis). She was preceded in death by her father Boyd, mother Reba, and loving husband Hibbert. Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, July 16, 2017 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Stevan Haugwood officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services Sunday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider donating to the Multiple Myeloma research foundation @ themmrf.org. We would like to pass along a special thanks to Nurse Anita Hall of “House Calls Hospice” for all of her help, compassion and assistance.
