Vivian S. Wagoner Sigley, loving mother, passed away peacefully in her sleep at Worthington Nursing and Rehabilitation of Parkersburg, W.Va. on March 24, 2015. She was 77 years old.Vivian is survived by five children; four sons, Gary L. Wagoner of Parkersburg, Randy L Wagoner (Teresa) of Boaz, W.Va., Robert E. Wagoner (Zahra) of Coolville, Ohio andJohn B. Wagoner of Williamstown, W.Va.; and one daughter, Renita D. Wagoner of Belmont, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arch and Adah Mossor of Highland Community, W.Va.; one son, Terry L. Wagoner; and one grandson, Andrew L. Wagoner; husband, Lester E. Sigley; and daughter-in-law, Sara Wagoner. Vivian is also survived by six brothers, Kenneth Mossor (Deanna) of Highland, Howard Mossor (Judy) of Dundee, Ohio, Doug Mossor (Donna) of Parkersburg, David Mossor (Penny) of Cottageville, W.Va., Roger Mossor (Mel) and Kevin Mossor (Pam) of Highland; one sister, Katherine McFee (Bill) of Elizabeth, W.Va.Vivian had six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.Her hobbies included painting, quilting and bowling. She retired from The Bureau of Public Debt after 30 years of service. She was a Christian.The family would like to thank all the Nurses and CNA'S of Worthington for the care our mother received. You know who you are, who made all of this possible.Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, March 28, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna, W.Va. with Reverend Larry Davis of Belpre officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The Hospice Association or The AlzheimersAssoc.
