Vivian Fadlevich

June 12, 1948 — June 14, 2024

Vivian M. Fadlevich, 76 of Mineral Wells, WV passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 12, 1948 in Harts, WV, a daughter of the late William Bruce and Sylvia Mae Shelton Maynard. Vivian was owner of Consolidated Mine Services for over 40 years. She had previously worked for Pricewaterhouse LLP in Atlantic, GA, where she was an accountant. Vivian was a member of the Camden Ave. Church of Christ. She loved flowers, gardening, spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Vivian is survived by her children, Vivian Knight of Mineral Wells, Lisa Fadlevich-Silva of Parkersburg and Michael Fadlevich (Becky) of Florida; two brothers, Alden Maynard (Patty) of Kentucky and Jerrell Maynard (Janet) of Florida; 11 grandchildren, Austin Knight (Meghan), Brandon Knight, David Knight (Kaitlyn Johnson), William Knight, Joseph Knight, Joshua Silva (Becky), Ashley Guzman (Juan), Stephen Fadlevich (Cori), Alyssa Fadlevich, Chase Fadlevich and Addison Fadlevich and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Vivian was preceded in death by her husband, Stephen Fadlevich and her son, Stephen Brandon Fadlevich.
Per Vivian’s wishes, there will be no services.
