Virginia H Murphy

July 3, 1942 — January 12, 2024

Virginia H. Murphy, 81, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Friday, January 12, 2024 at the Camden Clark Medical Center.

She was born July 3, 1942 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late William Alfred King, Sr and Helen Monroe Bartlett King. Virginia was a Pharmacy Tech for over 20 years, where she had worked at Westbrook and St. Josephs Hospital. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting and reading.

Virginia is survived by her cousins, but close to be sisters, Charlotte A. Price, Kim Hardesty and Sandra Briggs and her special friend, Brenda.

In additional to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by her husband, John E. Murphy.

There will be no services at this time. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green St, Parkersburg is honored to serve the Murphy family.
