Virginia Marie Hedrick

Virginia Marie Hedrick 76, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away March 14, 2012 following a long battle with cancer.She was born February 21, 1936, a daughter of the late Charles Cougill and Virginia Kathleen “Kate” Huffman.Virginia retired from the U.S. Postal Service after several years of service.She is survived by two daughters; Connie Bauer (Jim) of Mineral Wells, W.Va., and Jennifer Augustine (Eldon) of Vienna, W.Va.; two sons; Gary Hedrick of Newton, W.Va. and David Hedrick of Parkersburg, W.Va.; sister, Margene Lashley of Florida; brothers, Ron Cougill (Sally) ofGeorgia, and Dan Cougill (Renee) of TN; four grandchildren, Diana Wilson, Jennifer Maze, Elizabeth Jennings and Matthew Hedrick; and two great-grandchildren, Aizelyn Stroehman and Zoe Wilson.In addition to her parents, Virginia was preceded in death by two sisters, Charlene Nicholson and Deloris Farmer.Funeral services will be Monday, March 19, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, W.Va. Interment will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Memorials may be made to Housecalls Hospice, 1226 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV. 26101, in memory of Virginia.
