Violet Jane Griffith

Violet Jane Griffith, 71, of Belpre, OH passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by loving family, and with the compassionate care of Amedisys Hospice.

Daughter of the late Leo and Mary Parsons, Violet was born July 23, 1954 in Grantsville, WV.

In addition to her parents, Violet was preceded in death by her half-brother, Roger Parsons.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 53 years, Charles “Chuck” Leon Griffith; daughter, Kimberly Proctor (Dustin); grandchildren, Shawn Wears (Kyra), Tess Grogg (Andrew), and Austin Proctor; 2 great-grandchildren, Edward and Elijah Wears; brother, Ed Parsons.

There will be no public viewing and a private cremation will take place.
