Valerie Amanda Malone

Valerie Amanda Malone, 58, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed away June 5, 2020 at her home. Mandy was a CNA and worked for Serve Care for 26 years. She was a graduate of Belpre High School and attended Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. She enjoyed art, crafts, and gardening. Mandy was a member of BPOE, Parkersburg and was part of the Downtown Bethel Church in Parkersburg. She is survived by her daughter Bobbie Walker (Chad), of Belpre, Ohio; a sister Marcie Jackson (Roger), of Belpre; one brother Eddie Schoolcraft of Ohio; Grandchildren Emma Jane and Amanda Morgan Hodgson of Belpre; aunt Pam Thomas of Belpre, aunt Nancy Jackson of Belpre; and uncle and aunt Jim and Deloris Jackson of Belpre. In addition to her parents Mandy was preceded in death by her brother Robert Hank Schoolcraft; two aunts Anne Riley and Cora Smith; uncles Richard Thomas, and Bob Jackson, and William Jackson, Jr. her maternal grandparents William and Ethel Jackson and her companion Darrell Price. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 12, 2020 at lambert Tatman Funeral Home at 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio with Pastor Janet Richards officiating. Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery, Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 11, 2020 and 1 hour prior to services Friday at the funeral home.
