Twila Fay Bailey

Twila Fay (Brandi) Bailey, 58 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Jan. 22, 2013 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.She was born Oct. 19, 1954 in Barberton, Ohio daughter of the late Vandale Valgene and Phyllis Elaine Mace Starcher Chandler. She was a homemaker and a member of the Full Gospel Church in Christ in Parkersburg. Twila is survived by her husband, David J. Bailey; daughter, Amber Godfrey (Joseph); son, David Bailey Jr. (Candy) all of Vienna, W.Va.; brother, Steven Starcher (Lisa) of Leroy, W.Va.; grandchildren, Hannah Parsons, Tyler Bailey, Josie Bailey, Brenna Bailey; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Blaine Britton.Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, Jan. 25, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Walter Minney officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
