He was born March 1, 1968, in Parkersburg, a son of Linda Freshwater Stewart and the late Harry L. Stewart.
Tracy enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and loved his dogs.
In addition to his mom, Tracy is survived by his daughter, Samantha J. Stewart Losey; three brothers, Scott Stewart, Brett Stewart (Teresa) and Brent Stewart (Diana); one grandson, Owen Bever; and four nieces, Kaitlyn, Karly, Brittany and Alaina.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown, WV. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
