Tonia Renee Oliver

Tonia Renee Oliver, a beloved daughter of Richard and Toni Oliver, born December 24, 1980, passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2025 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, West Virginia, after an extended illness.

She was preceded in death by her father.

Tonia is survived by her mother and three children; Raelynn, Hakim, and Richard. She will be sorely missed by her brother, Kirk Oliver (Simone), as well as a multitude of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, especially her best friend Fedora.

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 PM, Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Spring Grove Cemetery located at 4500 Sayre Ave. Parkersburg, WV 26104. A celebration of life will follow starting at 5:00 PM at the Vienna Community Building, located at 1301 34th St. Vienna, WV 26105.
