Toni Marie Layfield

Toni Marie Foggin Layfield, 68, of Elizabeth, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 29, 2025. She was born in Parkersburg on July 2, 1957, a daughter of the late Harold and Joane Atkinson Foggin.

Toni was a 1975 graduate from Parkersburg High School. After high school, she was employed at Ames until it closed, and then she worked at Washington Works Group. She attended the Pine Twist Church, where the church congregation became her second family.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff Layfield; her sisters-in-law, Tracy Joan Layfield, Sally Layfield and Patsy McClung (Randy); nephew, Matthew McClung; niece, Reagan Layfield; a close cousin, Tom Tichy (Cindy); and several other extended family.

Per Toni’s request, there will be no visitation or services.

Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg, has been entrusted with Toni’s final wishes and are honored to serve her family.
