Toni Eleanor Latham

Toni Eleanor Latham, 86, of Parkersburg passed away Monday, June 16, 2025 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born August 30, 1938 in Newberry, Michigan, a daughter of the late Anthony Adams and Francis Justice Lowe (Raymond).

Toni was a retired switchboard operator for C&P Telephone and worked as a job Steward for Arlans Department Store. She was an avid book reader, enjoyed cooking, and was a devoted Christian.

Left to cherish her memory include her children, William D. Callahan of Parkersburg, Lavonna Callahan of Marietta, GA., Tammy Callahan of Parkersburg, and Morgan Webster (Dylan) of Parkersburg; her brother, Frank Adams of Grand Rapids, MI.; two sisters, Helen Pompey of Parkersburg and Eileen Bartlett of Columbus, OH.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Roslynn Isaacs; a grandson, Dustin Keel; and siblings, Florence Simmons, Richard Adams, Joel Adams, Gail Mitchell, and Carol Gavin.

Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, June 23, 2025. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
