Tommy Lee Davis was born January 19, 1946 in Parkersburg, West Virginia and departed this life on February 8, 2026 surrounded by his loved ones.
He is survived by the love of his life of 25 plus years, Janet Lynn Davis, of Vienna, West Virginia; son, Jonathan Heflin (Michelle) of South Carolina; a daughter, Casey Richards; granddaughter, Maddison Richards, of Parkersburg; his favorite cousin, Lisa Romero (Eddie) of Indiana and his son Erik Jonas of Belmont; and cousin Christopher Francis Belmont; sister-in-law, Shawnee Starcher and the late Terry Starcher; niece Becky Cline of Weston, West Virginia; and sister-in-law, Judy and Ray Griffith of Elizabeth.
Tommy is preceded in death by his mom and dad, Ethel Davis Brookover and Delbert Brookover also Margaret and Earl Jordan; mother and father-in-law, Bill and Mary Heflin; last, but certainly most importantly, his precious, Margaret Marty Francis.
He worked for SNW resources at the Public Debt for over 18 years. He was very proud to be a member of the Salvation Army Church where he also proudly served his community for over two decades ringing the bell during the holiday season to give back to his community.
Tommy enjoyed bingo, playing cards, bluegrass, and just being around people. His presence lit up every room he entered. He was truly a kind and loving, caring and faithful, godly man. He was loved and carried by so many he will be missed immensely.
Funeral services will be at 3:00 p.m., Thursday, February 12, 2026 at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Green St., Parkersburg with Lieutenant Anthony Rowe officiating. Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m., until the time of the service. A small dinner will be held for family and friends at the Salvation Army Center.
