Timothy V. Geist

Timothy V. Geist, 73, of Vienna, WV went to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 29, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born October 15, 1952 in Warren, OH, a son of the late Millard C. and Laverne A. Easton Geist.

Timothy had a love for woodworking and was very active w/ former students of Mt. Carmel High School in Jackson, KY. He took pride in owning his own business for 40 years, T.V. Geist Manufacturing.

Left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Shirley Geist; two daughters, Susan Marie Geist and Kathryn Thompson; his grandchildren, Samuel Christian Thompson and Josiah Douglas Thompson.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his step-mother, Alma Gingrich Geist; and his brother, Thomas Geist.

A Memorial Service to honor Timothy’s life will be held 1:00 PM Thursday, April 2, 2026 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Pastors Steve Thibault and Jason Parsons officiating. A gathering of family and friends will begin at 11:00 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
