Thomas C. Williams

Thomas C. Williams, 63, of Parkersburg, passed away Friday, March 23, 2018, at The Select Specialty Hospital in Charleston. He was born November 6, 1954 in Martinsville, VA, a son of the late Conley and Mary McCracken Williams. Tom retired from the State of Maryland, Department of Transportation as an equipment operator. He enjoyed woodworking, music and being with his family. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Patricia Stemple Williams; one daughter, Christina Williams of Parkersburg; one son, Justin Williams (Erica) of Mt. Pleasant, SC; additional family, Thomas Bowen (Ashley) of Hampstead, MD; four sisters, Mary Failing, Catherine Gesell, Shiela Laassiri, and Judith Raver; five brothers; James Williams, Phillip Williams (Terry), William Williams, Richard Williams (Carol) and Dallas Williams (Betty); three grandchildren, Karlee Moore, Knightlyn Swihart and Kalijah Swihart and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Dorothy Lewis. Funeral services for Tom will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., Parkersburg with Dr. David Carrico officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
