Thomas J. Frank

Thomas J. “TJ” Frank, 78, of Parkersburg, WV died Sunday, November 26, 2017 at Camden Clark Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 31, 1939 in Parkersburg. Tom is survived by his significant other, Amy Armstrong, who stood by and cared for him during his long illness. In addition to his parents, William and Katherine Frank, he was preceded in death by one brother, William Frank; and one sister, Jana Rae Frank. He is survived by one brother, Robert Frank, his wife Becky and their son, Allen of Belpre, Ohio. He has two daughters, Jana McLeid and her husband, Bill of Independence, KY and Melissa Powell and her husband, Jason of Union, Ohio; and one son, Greg Frank along with his wife, Lisa of Moore, SC. Tom had nine grandchildren he loved dearly, Kyle, Jonathan, Christine, Sam, Jacob, Mathew, Brooklyn, Christian and Ireland. Tom enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He spent countless hours enjoying time on the river. He retired from Shell Chemical where he spent 30+ years. The family had a private ceremony and will have a Celebration of Life gathering in the spring, details to come. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 400 Green St. Parkersburg is assisting the family.
