Thomas Edward “Ed” Smith, 60, of Parkersburg, passed away January 26, 2019 at his residence. Memorial service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services on Thursday.
