He was born Nov. 3, 1938 in Princeton, WV. a son of the late Leonard and Thelma Enoch Collins. Thomas served his country in the United States Air Force. He retired as a Air Force Machinist, enjoyed hunting and fishing and was a member of St. Charles Boromeo Catholic Church in Dayton, Ohio. Thomas is survived by his wife Mary T. Collins, 3 daughters, Anna Oelgoetz and husband James, Karen Campbell and husband Don, and Colette King and husband Richard. One son Thomas Carl Collins Jr. and his wife Aimee. 9 Grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Thomas was preceded in death by 2 sisters; Mary Hicks and Frances Collins, and 3 brothers, Ken, Bobby, and Billy Collins. Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00am Tuesday September 11, 2018 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Parkersburg, WV. with Rev. John Rice officiating. Burial will be in Mt.
