Theodora Mae Stanley

Theodora “Teddy” Stanley 76, of Vienna, W.Va. went to be with the Lord on February 3, 2015 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.Teddy was born May 2, 1938 in Charleston, W.Va., the daughter of the late Ross G. and Leola Davis McAtee.She graduated from PHS in 1956 and worked at Montgomery Ward's as a credit manager for 46 years. She was a member of St. John UMC and belonged to the choir. Her favorite pastime was reading.Teddy is survived by her beloved husband of 49 years, Donald P. Stanley; three daughters, Kim Forrester (Mitchell) of Parkersburg, W.Va., Ginger Smith of Washington, W.Va. and Lisa Burns (Larry) of San Diego, Ca.; one son, Robert “Bobby” Casto of Columbus, Ohio; grandchildren, McKenna Burns and Donavan Burns of California.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandparents and daughter, Sherrie Lockhart.Funeral services for Teddy will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, February 9, 2015 at St. John UMC in Vienna. Entombment will follow the service at Sunset Memory Gardens in Parkersburg. Visitation will be held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave, Vienna on Sunday, February 8th from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.Memorial Donations may be made to the Humane Society of Wood County, 29th and Poplar Streets, Parkersburg, WV 26101
