The link is below Terry's picture on the right.Terry Dallas Hazelett, age 63 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away February 10, 2013, at his residence. He was born August 28, 1949, in Parkersburg, a son of Wanda Walker Deem of Parkersburg and the late Herbert W. Hazelett. Terry was a 1967 graduate of Parkersburg High School and attended Washington State College, Marietta, Ohio. He was a U.S. Army Veteran, worked 31 years at Johns Manville Corp., and was retired after 10 years of service at the Dept. of Public Debt payroll department. He loved his family, was an avid bike rider, enjoyed computer programming, and loved his church family where he was a member, elder, and a Sunday school teacher at the Grace Gospel Church, Pettyville, WV. Terry is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sandra Phillips Hazelett; one son, Donald Hazelett and his wife, Jonika of Charlotte, NC; his twin brother, Gary Hazelett of Texas; two half-brothers, Roger Deem and his wife, Beth of Parkersburg, W.Va. and Randy Deem and his wife, Polly of Macksburg, Ohio; one half-sister, Janice Sutton and her husband, Kelton of La Grange, NC; and his two beloved granddaughters, Chloe and Lucy Hazelett.In addition to his father, Terry was preceded in death by his stepfather Weldon Deem and one half-brother, Dennis Deem. Services will be 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 13, 2013 at the Grace Gospel Church in Pettyville, W.Va. with Pastor Roger Benson officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Mineral Wells, W.Va. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, Parkersburg, W.Va.
