Terry Faye Floyd

Terry Faye Floyd, a beloved resident of Parkersburg, WV, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 17th, 2026, at the age of 65. Born in Sand Fork, WV, on Wednesday, October 5th, 1960, Terry lived a life full of love, joy, and compassion for those around her.

Terry was a valuable member of the community, dedicating 25 years to her career as a medical receptionist. Her warm smile and welcoming nature left a lasting impression on everyone she encountered. In addition to her professional life, Terry was the proud owner of Terry's Treasures, where she expressed her creativity and passion for crafting.

Terry cherished the time she spent with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren, and will be immortalized in their hearts for the love and guidance she provided. She was a devoted mother to her son Shane Floyd, a caring sister to her brother Timothy Woodyard (April), and the cherished grandmother to Kandice, Colton, Katlyn, Ethan, and Aden. Terry's legacy is also carried on by several nieces and nephews.

She is reunited in heaven with her father James Woodyard, mother Shirley Anne Timberman, step-father Vernon Luzader, and sister-in-law Becky Floyd, who preceded her in death.

Terry was a proud graduate of Parkersburg High School and her life was enriched by her dedication to her family and her community. As an avid crafter, she found great joy in sharing her creations and spending quality time with her family, spreading joy and love wherever she went.
