Terry A. Darling

Terry A. Darling, 71, of Davisville, passed away June 26, 2018 at his residence. He was born May 15, 1947 in Meigs County, OH, a son of the late Charles H. and Mozelle Hager Darling. He was a highly talented high school athlete; he turned down multiple major college scholarships to join the U.S. Army and serve two tours in Vietnam. He was an avid marble and antique collector; he also enjoyed going to auctions and fishing. Terry is survived by his son, Jeromy Darling (Heather Brown) of Parkersburg; a brother, Tom Darling of Florida; and two grandchildren, Christian Whitlatch and Emily Darling. His wishes were to have no visitation or service, he wanted his American and POW flags to fly high at his home and his friends and family to not mourn but instead to remember the good times they shared. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services is assisting the family with arrangements.
