Terry Coleman Bowie,

Terry Coleman Bowie, Sr., the son of Charles and Zelma Bowie, departed this life on November 30, 2017 at Marietta Memorial Hospital, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Surviving is his wife of 54 years, Patty Sue; sons, Terry, Jr., Tommy (Jeryl) and Tony (Angie); daughter, Tammy (John) Lorenz; grandchildren, Brook Bowie, Alex Lorenz, Cole Bowie, Lexie Bowie, and Michael, Trent and Cody Barrett; and expecting their first great-granddaughter in March. Also surviving are brothers, Gene, Jim, Don, and Chuck Bowie; and sisters, Carol Hysell and Joan Smith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Henderson and Brenda Bowie; mother-in-law, Laura Monroe; brothers-in-law, Ed Monroe, Gary Henderson and Bud Hysell; and a nephew, Fred Monroe. Terry was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 4, 2017 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio with Dr. Lloyd Dennis officiating. Burial will follow at Reed-Fairview Cemetery, St. Route 339, Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home.
