Teresa A. Nedeff

Teresa A. Nedeff, 90, of Parkersburg, passed away May 20, 2026 at Worthington Healthcare Center. She was born November 13, 1935 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Michael and Romia Germoush Nedeff.

She was a graduate of DeSales Heights Academy and was a member of the DeSales Heights Academy Alumni Association. She was a retired clerk with the Wood County Health Department. Teresa was a loyal and active member of St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church where she was a member of the rosary altar society. She was a sponsor for the RCIA team.

She is survived by two sisters, Dea Zugby (Bob) of Green Belt, MD and Elizabeth O’Brien (Matt) of Decatur, GA; two brothers, Rev. Father George Nedeff of Fairmont, WV and Michael Nedeff of San Diego, CA; sister-in-law, Pat Nedeff; twenty-five nieces and nephews; and six cousins.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by five brothers, James (Agnes), Charles (Doris), David (Norma), Thomas, Hichael (Martha); three sisters, Eva Tabe (Frank), Margaret Nedeff, and Roma Nedeff; four nieces and nephews, and one cousin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 AM Saturday, May 23, 2026 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church with Rev. John Rice officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Carmel Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Saturday, at the church.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church.
