Tammy Sue Collins

Tammy Sue Collins, 52 of Washington, W.Va. passed away July 7, 2016 in Cumberland, MD. She was born July 31, 1963 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of Wayne Kelley of Waverly, W.Va. and the late JoAnn Laughery Kelley. She was a 1981 graduate of Parkersburg High School. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed gardening. Tammy is survived by father and step-mother, Wayne and Judy Kelley; her husband of 33 years, Marvin Collins; three children, Tara Collins of Parkersburg, Matt Collins of Parkersburg and Jennifer Simchak and husband, Zachary of Pittsburgh, PA; a sister, Elizabeth Lyon and husband, David of Canton, OH; two nieces, Kellie Jo Coss and Kayty Lyon; and a sister-in-law, Tina Angelozzi. In addition to her mother, Tammy was preceded in death by her grandmother, Helen Laughery. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home 400 Green St. Parkersburg with Richard Cale officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Presbyterian Cemetery in Waverly, W.Va. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to services Wednesday at the funeral home.
