Suzan Harper

Suzan Harper, 63, of Parkersburg, passed away Sunday, September 1, 2024 at her residence. She was born May 25, 1961 in Fairmont to the late James E.  and Sally L. Bailey Jones Flinn.

Suzan was a registered nurse at Selby General Hospital where she took pride in her work, also working as a home health nurse. She loved horses, Cass Scenic Railroad, and her parrots, Roger, Pepper, and Jojo. Susan attended 36th St. Church of Christ in Vienna.

She is survived by her loving husband of 40 years, David Harper; daughter, Amanda Yocum (Stephen); grandchildren, Jaxon and Elliana; and special cousins, Billy and Debbie Fields of Shelby, NC.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Sallie Jane Fauss.

In keeping with Suzan’s wishes, there will be no services at this time. Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
