Sue Ellen Eddy

Sue Ellen Gibbs Eddy, 73, of Parkersburg was called to her heavenly home on Saturday July 25, 2026, while being surrounded by her son and a few family members after a long illness.

Sue was one of a kind with a kind and loving spirit. She never met a stranger which showed through her work in the nursing field for several years. One of her favorite jobs was at St. Joseph Hospital. Her passion to help carried over to everyone she met.

She cherished her family, especially her sons and grandchildren. Sue was an extremly proud and loving mother, wife, and grandmother. She strongly believed in her faith of God, and would always tell her kids, or anyone she met, "you have to have faith, and to always keep your faith."

She is survived by her sons, Roger (Davey) Bradley and Caleb Adkins of Parkersburg, her daughter-in-law, Missy Bradley, and granddaughter, Karlie Bradley of Parkersburg. Her step-children, Brooke, Mike, and Jeremy, along with her best friend since first grade, Sandra Skelly.

Sue is preceded in death by her husband, Michael L. Eddy, mother, Coral L. Gibbs, son, Darron W. Bradley, granddaughters, Victoria L. Bradley and Jordan M. Bradley, along with several extended family members.

Per her wishes there will be no public viewing. A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date at the convenience of her family. Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, South Parkersburg, have been entrusted with Sue's final wishes and are honored to serve her family.
