Steven Derrick Wallace

Steven “Derrick” Roberts Wallace, 36, of Parkersburg, passed away November 8, 2024 at Allegheny General Hospital. He was born March 4, 1988, a son of Steven D. Roberts and Deborah C. Davidson.

Derrick was a high school graduate who served our country in the WV National Guard. He worked in multiple manufacturing positions. He enjoyed art, drawing, hiking, repelling, video games, and especially his family.

Along with his parents, left to honor his memory include his sister, Cassandra Shamblin (Jake Lockhart); nieces, Lillie Jett, Lorelie Shamblin, and Laila Shamblin; nephew, Kellan Shamblin; his stepmother, Teresa Roberts; grandmothers, Dora Roberts and Carolyn Hypes; step-grandparents, B.J. and Deborah Conrad and David Payne; uncles and aunts; Ronnie and Kerry Roberts, Dale and Rhonda Ingram, Dannie Jenkins, and Barbara Ayers; and many cousins.

He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Ron Roberts and Carroll Jenkins; and his step-father, Jason Davidson.

A gathering of friends and family will be held from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg.
