Steven Dale Knotts, 64 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away June 30, 2014 at his residence.He was born January 21, 1950 in Wood County, W.Va. a son of the late Lee Knotts and Joan Mehl Atkinson. He was owner/operator of Stevendale's Clothing.He is survived by his sister, Linda Pennybacker of Parkersburg; and his friend, Billy West of Parkersburg.There will be no visitation or service at this time.
