Marietta
Stephanie R. McPherson, 51, of Marietta, OH went to her heavenly home on Friday, February 20, 2026 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born Christmas Day in 1974, daughter to Roger D. and Deborah K. Miller McPherson.
Stephanie loved cats, reading, shopping, and traveling. She attended The Warehouse Church when she was able.
In addition to her parents, left to carry her memory include her children, Ryan T. Farnen of Belpre, OH and Allison M. Hammat (Chris) of Marietta.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Donald L. and Agnes M. Miller; and Harry K. and B. Edna McPherson.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Arcadia Nursing Home and the Belpre ER campus staff for their excellent care.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Mt. Olivet Cemetery with Pastor Kenny Welch officiating.
Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home is honored to serve the McPherson family.
