Shirley Ann Parks, 69, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Friday, January 26, 2024 at The Willows Center. She was born in Parkersburg on November 19, 1954 to the late Lewis “John” and Phyllis Dowler Hunt.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Michael Parks; two brothers, Harley Hunt (Susie) and Michael Dowler (Kay); and several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Shirley is preceded in death by her ex-husband, Randy Parks and her grandparents.

Funeral Services will be held at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St. Saturday, February 3, 2024 at 3:00 PM with Mark Dowler officiating. Visitation will be 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM the same day at the funeral home.
