Shelby J Taylor

Shelby Jean Taylor, 70, Parkersburg, W.Va, passed away on Dec. 19, 2010, at the Arbors of Marietta.She was born January 11, 1940, in Wood County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Denver and Margaret Rumburg McCrady.Shelby was a homemaker and raised Lab dogs.She is survived by two daughters, Catherine “Peach” Cottle of Dayton Beach, Fla. and Debra J. Cottle of Parkersburg; three sons, Charles “Buddy” Cottle Jr., twins, Randall (Becky) Taylor and Ronald Taylor Jr., both of Parkersburg; two sisters, Linda Bunner and Cathy Roberts, both of Parkersburg; one brother, Dale McCrady Jr. of Parkersburg; eight grandchildren; one step-granddaughter; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie Dale and Thomas Edward McCrady; and two sisters, Sharon Lynn McCrady and Judith Ann Owens.Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 22, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Pastor Jim Yoak officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00-5:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
