Sheila Ann Lucas

Sheila Ann Lucas, 71 of Belpre, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 15, 2017. She was born October 17, 1945 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late Harold Neal and Lenna Gay Stephens. Sheila had worked at Heaven Sent Daycare and was known as “Grandma” by several children at the daycare. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sheila is survived by her husband of 50 years, Roy E. Lucas; her daughter, Julie Nutter (Russell) of Little Hocking, OH; her son, Rob Lucas (Pam) of Washington, W.Va.; nine grandchildren, Rusty Nutter, Codie Nutter, Kristi and Kassie Lucas, Cameron Lucas, Matthew Lucas, Mikah Jo McIntyre, Madison Nutter and Kenzi Lucas; one great-grandson, Camdyn Lucas; and many other family members and many that helped with Sheila’s care. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Lucas; her brother, George Stephens; and her sister, Sharolyn Roberts. Memorial services will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday, January 19, 2017 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home,1305 Washington Blvd. Belpre with Pastor John Longfellow officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
