Sharon Y. Spring

 Sharon Yvonne Murray Spring, 51, passed away peacefully at the home of her parents Charles and Grace Murray of Elizabeth, W.Va, Saturday, January 21, 2017, where she had resided since April of 2012 after years of suffering with MS. Sharon graduated Valedictorian of her class from Wirt County High School and attended Marshall University. She attended church in Lenoir, NC where she met a very good friend Mrs. Shirley Burgin, who has faithfully contacted her weekly by phone over these past years. Sharon also attended the Morristown Community Church until she was disabled. In addition to her parents, Sharon leaves behind her brother, Donald R. Murray; and her two sisters, Debbie VanDyke (Charles) and Patsy Davis (Rob). Sharon was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Pat Murray. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 24, 2017 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Pastor David Burke officiating. Interment will follow at the K of P Cemetery, Elizabeth. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until time of services Tuesday at the funeral home. We would like to thank the entire staff of Hospice for their great service given to Sharon, especially Rachel, Pat and Missy and Sharon's sister Debbie who supported her greatly with love and care.
