Shannon Marie Hubbard

Shannon Marie Hubbard, a woman whose life was defined by an unwavering devotion to her family and a career rooted in deep compassion, passed away, leaving a legacy of warmth and kindness.

Born on September 15, 1968, to Patricia and John McCarty, Shannon spent her life proving that love is the most powerful force we possess. Her family was her entire world, and she shared 39 beautiful years with her partner, Michael Todd Hubbard, building a life filled with laughter and resilience. As a mother to her wonderful daughters, Karee (Matthew) Wallen, Brittany McCarty, Andrea (Paul) Hubbard, Amber (Chad) Rennicker, and Amanda (John) Kulick, she taught her girls to lead with kindness and firmly believed that "Where there is love, there is a way." Her influence continues to shine through her 15 unique grandchildren, each of whom she loved dearly and held a special place in her heart.

A nurse by trade, she treated every patient with the same tenderness and care as if they were her own loved one. She was known for her quick wit and a vibrant spirit that came alive through her many passions. She loved to make crafts, spend afternoons playing bingo, and was often found listening to music, singing, and dancing.

Shannon was preceded in death by her parents, John and Patricia McCarty; her daughter, Brittany McCarty; her grandmother, Olga McCarty; and many beloved uncles. Her memory is carried on by her partner, Michael Hubbard; her brother, Jay McCarty; her sister, Jill (McCarty) Clagg; her brother, Shawn McCarty; her sister-in-law, Amee Harbin; and her many cherished children and grandchildren.

Shannon’s legacy of empathy, her joyful energy, and her fierce dedication to those she held dear will be forever remembered by all who were lucky enough to know her.

Lambert Tatman Funeral Homes have been entrusted with keeping Shannon’s final wishes and are honored to do so. There will be no services at this time.
